Dragonflight Designs Terms of Use and Sale

Ordering

All items showing as in stock on Dragonflight Designs are available for immediate purchase.  To order an item, simply click on the “Add to basket” button.  When you have finished your selections click on “Basket” and you will be forwarded to the checkout screen where you will be able to make changes to your order and choose your delivery method before proceeding to payment.  Payment is available through PayPal or by cheque in GBP

If there is any query or delay with your order you will be contacted by email.

When purchasing goods and services on the Internet, you are entering a legally binding contract.  Your contract with Dragonflight Designs will be concluded on the dispatch of your goods.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to me, in their original packaging, within 10 days, and I will offer you an exchange or a credit note to the purchase price of the goods, excluding postage. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.

Shipping and Handling

Items will be well packaged to protect them during delivery but I do endeavour to re-cycle whenever possible so your order may arrive in functional but re-used packaging.  Please contact me if you wish to discuss this.

Shipping costs are as follows:

UK

Standard Delivery 1-5 items £3.00, 6-10 items £4.00, 11 items or more £5.00
Express Delivery £7.00

Items will be sent using Royal Mail services and may require a signature on delivery.  Standard delivery orders should be received within 7 business days.  Express Delivery orders will be sent within 24 hours (except on weekends) and delivered in accordance with Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Next Day service, which delivers to most areas the following working day, and will require a signature.

International

1-5 items £8.00, 6 items or more £11.00

International orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s Airsure service, where available, which includes insurance and online tracking.

Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your hard drive and often includes a unique identifier. This website uses Cookies so we can track the items you select when you use our shopping cart.  The cookie we set uniquely identifies your connection but holds no personal information whatsoever.  Cookies are expired automatically by our system and when you close your browser window.  Dragonflight Designs does not use cookies to track your online behaviour or for any other purpose than managing your shopping session.

Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information is only gathered to fulfil your order and for no other purpose. Personal information gathered on Dragonflight Designs is never shared with any third party, with the exception of PayPal.

This website uses the PayPal Payment Gateway to process Credit Card orders and Payments.  Any personal information, credit card details and PayPal account details are submitted to and held by PayPal under their User Agreement for PayPal Service.  Both parties (i.e., the merchant and the consumer) are bound by PayPal Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. 

You must agree with User Agreement for PayPal Service in order to use Dragonflight Designs. If you do not agree with PayPal terms then you should not access and/or use Dragonflight Designs.

As a Merchant we have access to your order, delivery details and payment status so that we can fulfil your order or contact you if there is a problem.  We do not store or use this information for any other purpose including sending unsolicited email, selling details to a third party or for any other purpose other than to manage your order.

Opt-In Email List

We may offer you a subscription to an opt-in Email bulletin.   You will be provided with easy mechanisms to opt-out at any time should you wish to un-subscribe.

Terms of Use of this Website

Access to and use of this website dragonflightdesigns.co.uk is provided by Dragonflight Designs subject to the following Terms:

Dragonflight Designs cannot be held liable for any loss or damage (whether such losses are foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise) resulting from the use of Dragonflight Designs.  This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profit (actual or anticipated), loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or reputation, losses suffered by third parties or any other loss direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise.

Dragonflight Designs makes no warranty or guarantee that functions available on Dragonflight Designs will be available without interruption or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Dragonflight Designs or the server that provides content and services are free of viruses or "bugs".
  8. You may not use this website, including content provided (logos, icons, RSS Feeds, Texts, slogans) in any way that causes harm (perceived, actual or otherwise) to the reputation of Dragonflight Designs.
  9. Dragonflight Designs reserves the right to remove access to dragonflightdesigns.co.uk at any time and without explanation or warning to any individual or group.
  10. You must be aged 18 or over to use dragonflightdesigns.co.uk. 
  11. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
